Amoli has two API manufacturing facilities
in the state of Gujarat in India

Vapi

Comprising of 5 manufacturing blocks, this facility is located 180 kms north of Mumbai in the GIDC area of Vapi.

Vadodara

Comprising of 8 manufacturing blocks and an R&D centre, this facility is located 400 kms from Mumbai and 15 kms from the city of Vadodara.

These facilities enable us to supply our products to more than 100 countries worldwide.

Manufacturing capabilities

  • More than 13 production blocks with an installed reaction capacity of 1100 KL (550 KL at Unit 1 and 600 KL at Unit 2). This includes a pilot plant for scale up of new products developed in our R&D centre
  • Reactors- 100 Stainless Steel Reactors, 70 Glass Lined Reactors, 3 High Pressure Reactors,3 Cryogenic Reactors with capacities ranging from 0.5 KL to 25 KL. These are capable of handling a wide range of reactions including high pressure reactions (at 12 bar and 250°C), cryogenic reactions and high vacuum distillation
  • Reaction temperature range: -130°C to +200°C
  • Both facilities have particle sizing equipment like Jet mills, Multi mills and compactors. We are able to customize particle size (multi-layer) as per our customer's requirements
