Amoli has two cGMP and SHE complaint production facilities, strategically located at

• Vapi, Gujarat (175 kms. from Mumbai) and
• Baroda, Gujarat (400 kms. from Mumbai)

The Vapi facility is EDQM approved.

The Manufacturing facility includes:

• Self sufficient laboratories
• S S and G L reactors (volumes ranging from 100 L to 6300 L)
• On-site analytical instrumentation including GC, HPLC.
• Capability to manufacture specialty drugs/intermediates from research quantities to metric ton scales.
• Capability to produce customized particle size

Contract Manufacturing

We offer Contract manufacturing services to our Client for our APIs and Intermediates.

We are capable of performing various Complex chemical reactions (hazardous/non-hazardous), in house. Some of the complex chemical reactions performed are:

• Butyllithium reaction
• Grignard reaction
• Hydrogenation using Palladium catalyst and under pressure
• Hydrazine hydrate reaction
• Low temperature reaction upto – 60ºC
• Chiral Chemistry
